Build your own broadband package with our Custom Plans, or choose one of our Package options. If you’re a bigger data user, check out our Big User Plans, or go the whole hog with an Unlimited Plan.
If you’re new to broadband and haven’t got a modem, take up our free connection and modem offer. And if you already have a modem, that’s fine too – we’ll still connect you for free*. Find out more.
*Minimum 12 month term applies to free connection and or standard modem. Minimum 2 year term applies to free connection with wireless modem.
Choosing your Kinect Broadband Package
Kinect offer a range of package plans that include both data and speed costs. Unused data cannot be carried forward on our Package Plans. Once your monthly data is used, you'll be slowed to dial up speed, but you can log in anytime to buy more data, or you can choose to top up automatically.

Kinect has introduced 6 new plans with big data allowances of 20-100GB per month. For bigger users these plans are a cheaper way of buying data, and you can buy extra data if you need it. Unused data can't be carried forward with these plans.

We manage the network congestion by managing the traffic for users on all unlimited plans during this time, and at other times when our system shows that there is congestion. During managed periods, priority is given to email and web browsing. All other traffic will see reduced speeds.

If you use up your broadband data allowance before the end of the month, you can buy another 0.5, 1.5 or 10GB. You can either choose to 'auto top-up', so if you run out of data before the end of the month, we'll just top you up automatically. Or, if you prefer, you'll be slowed to dial up speed, but you can log in to the members center anytime to buy more data, or just give us a call. Simple!
