Build your own broadband package with our Custom Plans, or choose one of our Package options. If you’re a bigger data user, check out our Big User Plans.

If you’re new to broadband and haven’t got a modem, take up our free connection and modem offer. And if you already have a modem, that’s fine too – we’ll still connect you for free*. Find out more.

Custom Plans

Choose a connection speed and data allowance that suits your needs and budget

With our custom packages you can "bank" any data you don't use. If you don't use all of your data allowance, you can "bank" it and use it next month. And you can keep it in your bank for up to 6 months (doesn't apply to big user plans).

Your monthly cost is the sum of your speed option monthly fee plus your monthly data fee and any extra data you buy

Package Plan

Kinect offer a range of package plans that include both data and speed costs. Unused data cannot be carried forward on our Package Plans. Once your monthly data is used, you'll be slowed to dial up speed, but you can log in anytime to buy more data, or you can choose to top up automatically.

Prices are after $10 per month discount for customers who have Kinect Phone or TrustPower Electricity

Big User Plan

Kinect has introduced 6 new plans with big data allowances of 20-100GB per month. For bigger users these plans are a cheaper way of buying data, and you can buy extra data if you need it. Unused data can't be carried forward with these plans.

If you use up your broadband data allowance before the end of the month, you can buy another 0.5, 1, 5 or 10GB. You can either choose to 'auto top-up', so if you run out of data before the end of the month, we'll just top you up automatically. Or, if you prefer, you'll be slowed to dial up speed, but you can log in to the members center anytime to buy more data, or just give us a call. Simple!
