There’s no catch – so long as you join Friends Extra this year and stay with TrustPower for the term you have chosen. You’ll save every month – and you’ll still get the same standard of high quality service that TrustPower is known for.
Because we have committed to giving you a lower power price for that term, if you decide to buy your power from another power supplier or cancel your Friends Extra membership during the term, we will need you to pay an exit fee of $95.
But if you move properties during the term of your membership and stay with TrustPower in your new property you’ll keep getting your Friends Extra discount and there will be no exit fee. If you move overseas or to an area we don’t supply, you won’t pay an exit fee.
