Welcome Callsouth Customers


You may recall that we wrote to you recently about TrustPower’s purchase of Callsouth. In that letter we told you that we would be combining Callsouth with Kinect, TrustPower’s telecommunications company.

As part of this change, the Callsouth website has now been redirected to the Kinect website and you can access the Kinect site by clicking this link www.kinect.co.nz .

Your Products and Services

Your products and services will be as detailed in our letter to you and will be billed to you on your Kinect account.

Members Centre

As a Callsouth customer you can now access the Kinect members centre by logging on to My Account on the main Kinect site.

You can continue to view your time online and access the consumer site plus you will now be able to:

  • Change your password Purchase additional data
  • Change your plan
  • Add our great Electrify product to you 256 broadband or dial up service (see the Kinect website for details)
  • Change your email settings
  • Add and remove mailboxes
  • Update your contact email address
  • View your bills
  • View your unbilled calls.


Your Webmail

Kinect also has a great new web mail service. You can log on to it via the Kinect website or you can continue to use your Call South web mail if you prefer by going to http://webmail1.callsouth.net.nz.

Please note - you will not have to transfer email between the two services but you will have to add your contacts from Call South in to your Kinect address book.

Make sure you update your favourites to use the new Kinect service.

You will still have your @callsouth.co.nz or @callsouth.net.nz address but you will now have a @kinect.co.nz version of all your email addresses.

All your email still ends up in the one inbox.
